Today, Fence Dynamics is a company people depend on. Many have told us that, and I know it is because of the team. But in 2004, Fence Dynamics was just an idea.

My name is Blase Bisceglia and I have been in the construction industry since 1991. As the leader of Tarpon Bay General Contracting, I have a license to work on all aspects of a project except plumbing and electrical work in Florida. But the work done as a general contractor and a fence contractor are very different. In fact, in Florida a fence contractor can’t legally perform the work of a general contractor. That is one of the reasons why Tarpon Bay General Contracting and Fence Dynamics are separate. I want both companies to focus on what they do best. There are a couple of common threads between the two; one is that both were launched in 2005, and both companies are built on integrity and quality. From start to finish, we are committed to the customer’s vision for their project – be that a fence around their home or a new structure.
